- add a dash or desired amount of your favorite hot sauce I use green Tabasco sauce
- if you like hot hot you may want to Seperate your chili into two pans one hot and one not
- when chili gets hot turn it on low and simmer on low for three hours

- I eat my chili with lots of Mexican shreaded cheese and Fritos corn chip scoops and sour cream
