In my opinion, the best chili recipe is a base of ground beef, tomato, spices, and BEANS. I love the number of fiber beans add to this dish and I promise you won't regret adding them. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, cayenne (if using), and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour in kidney beans and crushed tomatoes and bring chili to a boil.

Steps to make Chili:
  1. Using about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, saute veggies in pot adding salt and pepper to taste, on medium heat.

  6. Lower heat and add tomatoes and spice packets. Mix and Simmer for an hour. Mixing occassionally.
  7. Add Kidney Beans and simmer for another hour.
  8. Enjoy! Serve with noodles, fritos, cheese, onion, corn bread, jalepeno…..whatever you like!
