Stir in the chipotle chilli, chilli flakes, chilli powder and oregano until well combined. Cook for a further two minutes. Return the diced and minced beef to the pan, then stir in the sugar, chopped tomatoes. I added a little extra chilli powder , cumin and one habeneros pepper and sprinkle of smoked paprika.

  4. Now boiled the rice and make egg fried rice 🍚 (for this recipe I will be given in kung pao chicken with egg fried rice).
  5. Now heat the wok add oil then add beef undercut and fry on medium heat for 3,4 minutes.
  6. Now take a wok add 1/4 cup oil add ginger garlic chopped sauté for 1 minute then add green chilli stir it well.
  7. Now add the beef undercut and stir it.
  8. Now add sauce and spices stir it then add fried beef under cut and cook it for 4 minutes (dont over cook this otherwise undercut will be hard)add 2 tb /spoon of water and stir it on high flame quickly.
  9. Lastly add ginger julienne, spring onions green part and green chilli and switch off the flame.
  10. A special restaurant style beef chilli 🌶 is ready to serve.
  11. Serve beef chilli with egg fried rice it becomes more tasty and enjoy like in restaurant.

Return the diced and minced beef to the pan, then stir in the sugar, chopped tomatoes. I added a little extra chilli powder , cumin and one habeneros pepper and sprinkle of smoked paprika. Sautéed this with my onions adding in short. This hearty beef chili features boneless chuck roast and a medley of traditional chili seasonings. Serve with homemade cornbread for a complete meal.
