Bhuna means to fry on high flame so when mincemeat is fried with spices on high flame, the result is bhuna qeema/keema/kheema. Instructions to make Twisted recipe beef dry chilli qeema:
- In a wok add in oil n fry garlic on medium heat
- When garlic will be brown then add minced beef n bhoonofy until changes colour……then it will be leave it's water then keep on dam on low flame for 15 to 20 min….add water if needed……cook until it get tender…
- Now dry out the water in qeema n add all sauces n vinegar on medium flame then add cut green chillies stir for few sec….. Sauces will be dry n now put on the lid n turn Off the flame……
- In another in grill pan or in simple pan sauteed onions n cappiscum on low flame…. drizzle little Worcestershire sauce…..stir for few seconds…. don't cook too much then add into qeema n add sesame seeds n black pepper powder along with it…give good mix…. delicious beef dry chilli qeema is ready………
