- Get 4 green cardamom
- Prepare 4 cloves
- Get 1 inch cinnamon sticks

Steps to make Kofta curry:
- In food chopper add beef mince,g.g paste, chopped onion,green chillies,green coriander, mint leaves,chilli powder,chilli flakes,roasted cumin,garam masala powder,salt,roasted gram flour and grind well.
- Grease hands with oil and make meat balls (kofa) of equal sizes with hands.
- In blender add fried onion and yogurt with 1 cup of water and blend well
- In a pot het oil add Green cardamom,big cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves and fry for a minute now add blended masala
- Now add all spices and g.g paste and bhunofy well till water get dry and oil comes in surface
- Now add 1 cup of water add potatoes if you want and meat balls,cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes,do not stir with spoon.
- After 20 minutes check it and add more water to desire consistency,bring it to boil.
- Off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve hot with chapati or naan
