COMPONENTS OF THE DISH Cut an onion, tomatoes, green chillies in a wok on top of bitter gourd and put them on slow heat. Let the Karelas cook till the onions and tomatoes become soft. Wash the karelas and wipe with a clean cloth from inside and outside.
