  2. While browning chop onion, pepper,& garlic and add to pot.
  3. Simmer until meat is browned and vegetables are soft.
  4. If desired roughly chop stewed tomatoes, and then add to pot.
  5. Add tomato juice.
  6. Simmer on Medium heat for 30 min. turn it down if it boils. Cook to desired temp.
  7. Serve with corn bread.
