Mix the stir-fry sauce and the cornstarch in a small bowl. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. Heat same pan over medium-high heat until hot.
