Add ground chicken, garlic, cumin, garam masala and using a wooden spoon or spatula, break up the chicken into small pieces.

- Marinate the chicken steaks with all ingredients of marinade and keep it overnight or minimum 4 hours.

- Serve with stir fry veggies(I fried in butter) and butter rice.
