  3. Place olive oil, 1 tblespoon butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar in a pan. Mix for about 5 minutes. Add onions and mix one in a while for about another 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of beer and mix well and remove from heat. Set aside.
  4. Place tbone in a pan, medium heat. Cook each side about 5-8 minutes each. When it gets a little dry, add the marinade sauce using a spoon. Dont pour in all the sauce.
  5. Thats it! Place all in a plate and serve to your boyfie or hubby with a bottle of beer! ;) lol
