- Take 2 Italian sausage
- Take 1/2 lb ground beef
- Prepare 1 egg
- Get 1 tbsp almond butter
- Take 1/4 cup almond flour
- Make ready 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder

I added the cooked meatballs to the sauce, topped the squash with it and covered it with some mozzarella cheese. Once the meatballs are done, scrape the spaghetti squash strands vertically with a fork to release and add to the soup. Roll your ground sausage into meatballs, then fit as many as you can in the sauce around the squash. I was able to work in about a half pound worth.
